Commissioned Projects

Findley Bros. Brewing

Logo & Label Design | Wedding Favors

Commissioned by a bride-to-be, this mini brand package involved developing a brand identity for Findley Brothers Brewing, a homebrewing hobby shared by the groom and his brother.

The client requested a logo that incorporated three specific elements into the "F" of Findley: a wheat stalk, a hops plant, and a fishhook. A set of custom labels was also needed for their wedding favors, which would be a four-pack of the groom’s standout brews—each chosen for its tie to a meaningful chapter in the couple's relationship.

Each of the four beer labels was carefully designed to complement the color of its intended bottle cap, and to reflect the mood and narrative of its brew name. Hand-drawn central motifs included subtle nods to the bride and groom: a pair of cordiform leaves for the Oktoberfest lager; a home with heart-shaped chimney smoke for New House Stout; wedding bells engraved with the couple's initials and a "something blue"-themed color palette for Wedding Day IPA.

Combining digital design tools with hand-lettering and hand drawn elements, this project succeeded in creating a deeply personal product that elevated the look and feel—and meaningfulnessof the engaged couple's wedding favors.

Educational Coloring Pages

Illustration & Print Design | Nonprofit Outreach & Education

Created for Los Angeles Bat Rescue (LABR), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to the rehabilitation and release of California native bat species, this project involved designing and illustrating two coloring pages for use in community outreach events. Each page spotlights one of the organization’s non-releasable patients: Radish the Pallid Bat, and Biscuit the Western Yellow Bat.

The pages feature a hand-drawn patient portrait, paired with the bat's rescue location, diet, personal background, and an educational fact about their species. These elements were chosen with care to engage kids of different ages and interests, and to make bat conservation fun and accessible.

The coloring pages made their debut in April 2025 at Longfellow Elementary’s Earth Day Fair, and were a hit with students and parents alike. Since then, they've been used at different schools and LABR events as a creative, approachable way to spark curiosity and appreciation for these often-misunderstood animals. The artwork even earned a callout on Instagram from SoCal Bat Working Group.

Aspiring Reptilian Overlord Tote

Illustration & Merch Design | Custom Apparel

This tongue-in-cheek design was commissioned as a gift for a reptile lover and bearded dragon owner. The client requested something playful, niche, and a little absurd. The final black-and-white vector illustration features the phrase “Aspiring Reptilian Overlord” above a stylized Masonic pyramid and an all-seeing lizard’s eye—an homage to the iconography of the U.S. one dollar bill and the enduring “lizard people” conspiracy theory.

Executed in fine-line vector style for crisp, scalable reproduction, the design was originally printed on a tote bag but built with versatility in mind. By request, it’s ready to be adapted across hoodies and lifestyle merch for likeminded friends, family, and reptile enthusiasts.
